Gatlin Laments Clash of Dates For JA Athletes

Former American Sprinter, Justin Gatlin, is lamenting the clash between Jamaica’s National Senior Championships and the final leg of the Grand Slam track series.

The National trials are set for the National stadium from June 26-29, while the final leg of the Grand Slam Track series is set for Los Angeles from June 27-29.

Speaking on Ready Set Go, Gatlin says the athletes are in an unfair position to choose between earning a living or making Jamaica’s team to the World Championships.
