Golding Independence Message: Cut All Ties With British Monarchy

Opposition leader, Mark Golding, used his Independence Day Message to call for Jamaica to sever all ties with the British monarchy, repeating his call to move away from UK-based Privy Council.

Mr. Golding also called for the building of greater resilience after the passage of Hurricane Beryl.
