People National Party, PNP, general secretary, Dr Dayton Campbell, says there’s no need to congratulate the Holness-administration for the ongoing programme of road repairs across the island.
He was speaking at a PNP candidate presentation meeting in West Central St Andrew on Sunday.
Dr Campbell also criticised the government for what he described as the misallocation of funds under the SPARK programme.
