He says the Territories are the ones that should be credited for producing the talent that makes up the West Indies teams.
Grave says it’s important that the sport’s regional governing share with the territories best practices to help them make their business models more professional and modern.
He says for the territories to move from an amateur organization to a modern professional businesses is a challenge.
Grave says The West Indies can’t afford to be left behind.
