Zavien Bernard of Hydel highlighted day three with a record breaking performance in the class three girls high jump.
Bernard scaled 1.83 meters to erase the old mark of 1.80 meters held by Shantae Freeman.
Zoelle Jamal of Immaculate won the girls javelin open with a throw of 42.63 meters .
Meanwhile, all the 400m titles were decided.
Kingston College grabbed gold and silver in the boys class one final as favourite Marcinho Rose clocked a huge personal best 45.93 seconds to beat team-mate Amal Glasgow into second in 46.85 seconds. Omary Robinson of JC finished in third place with a time of 46.92 seconds.
Abigail Campbell of Hydel landed the girls class one title in 52.27 seconds.
Demarco Bennett of Excelsior, 46.91 seconds, and Shanoya Douglas of Muschette, 53.03 seconds, claimed the class two crowns.
The class three champions were Sashana Johnson of Hydel who clocked 54.59 seconds and St. Jago’s Rushaine Richards who raced to victory in 48.53 seconds.
The 400m meters hurdles will take the spotlight on another packed day of action today where 13 finals are scheduled.
