League champions Jamaica made it two wins from as many starts in the West Indies women’s T20 Blaze after an easy five-wicket win over Guyana at Warner Park in St. Kitts on Tuesday night.
Mandy Mangru, 36, and Shermaine Campbell, 33, made the most runs in Guyana’s 107 for 7 in their 20 overs.
Captain Stafanie Taylor, 2 for 12, and Chinelle Henry, 2 for 22, took the most wickets for Jamaica.
In reply, Jamaica raced to 108 for 5 in 18.1 overs.
Rashada Williams led the way with 42 runs and Taylor with 24 runs, against Sheneta Grimmond with 2 for 24, and Nyia Latchman with 2 for 15.
Jamaica will next be in action on Thursday when they face champions Barbados.
