JPL Round 23: Mount Pleasant vs Vere, Tivoli vs Molynes United

Round 23 of the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League continues with five matches, today.

Leaders Mount Pleasant Academy on 49-points could extend their lead when they take on Vere United at the Wembley Centre of Excellence.

Tivoli Gardens could move up three places to second if the beat ninth Molynes United at the Anthony Spaulding Complex.

A win for Tivoli will see them joining Portmore United, Arnett Gardens and Cavalier on 45-points, but with a superior goal difference.

Sixth place Dunbeholden and Montego Bay United will lock horns at the Dunbeholden Sports Complex..

Meanwhile, seventh place Waterhouse play away to relegation threatened Treasure Beach at STETHS.

A win for the Drewsland-based club and defeat for Dunbeholden will see Waterhouse force their way back into the play-off group.

Harbour View and Lime Hall Academy are hoping to return to top form when both teams meet at Draxhall Sports Complex. Both teams are on a five game losing streak.

All games start at 3:30PM.
