Jamaica under-18 men’s football team were beaten 2-1 by Saudi Arabia in their opening match of the UEFA Friendship tournament in Turkey, yesterday.
Saudi Arabia led 2-0 before Dunsting Cohen scored the lone goal for Jamaica in the 80th minute.
The young Reggae Boyz had a chance to level the score late in the match but were unable to convert from the penalty spot in the final minute of the game.
Their second game against hosts Turkey is set for Wednesday.
