Kane Watson & Keara Whyte Crowned Table Tennis Champs

Kane Watson and Keara Whyte were named the respective men and women’s champions of the 3-day Junior and Senior National Table Tennis Championships at the National Indoor Centre, at the weekend.

Whyte walked away with the women’s title after beating Tsenaye Lewis 2-1 in the final, while Watson was crowned men’s champion following his triumph over last year’s winner Mark Phillips.

Whyte also picked up the Rural Women’s singles title.

Tsenaye and Gianna Lewis teamed up to win the women’s doubles title, while the mixed doubles title went to Tsenaye and Keith Evans.

And Watson and Paulton Madden walked away with the men’s doubles title.
