KC & Excelsior to Clash in ISSA T20 Final

Kingston College and Excelsior will contest the final of the Urban Area ISSA GK Insurance Schoolboy T20 Cricket Competition at Melbourne Oval, on Friday.

Excelsior booked their place in the final with a 10-wicket win over hosts St. George’s College , today.

Batting first, St. George’s were bowled out for 66 inside 19 overs.

Mickel Francis 18 and Giovanni Grey 16 made most runs for STGC.

Tamarie Redwood took 3-wickets for Ecxelsior.

Chasing 67 to win, Excelsior reached the target inside 5 overs.

David Dewar made an unbeaten 60 and Jamar Daley 8 not out.

Meanwhile, KC beat St. Catherine High by 22-runs in their semi-final.

Chasing 174 to win, St. Catherine were restricted to 153 for 6 off their 20 overs.

Earlier, KC made 174 for 4 off their 20 overs.
