Knox College and St. Jago were crown champions for the ISSA Rural Volleyball Championships at the GC Foster College, today.
Knox defended their girls title by beating Mannings High 3-nil.
The Clarendon team proved much better and were able to take control early with their service game.
They won the first set 25-8, in 15 minutes.
Mannings put up a better showing in the second set and were equal at 15 minutes, but that was their best run, as they also went on to lose the set 25-21.
The young Manning team showed some fight in the third and final set, but Knox again proved superior and took the set 25-17.

Meanwhile, St. Jago High Boys proved too much for Frome Technical, beating them 3-nil.
They took the first set 25-15, riding the wave of the powerful service and hitting game of Love-let Blake.
St Jago took the second set 25-14, and then wrapped up the match as they won the final set 25-18.
