Hillel Academy retained the boys title at the Mayberry Investment Swim Championships at the stadium pool, on the weekend.
However, they were dethrone by St. Hugh’s Preparatory in the girls’ section.
In the boy section, Hillel amassed 243 points to walk away with the top honours.
They were followed by St. Peter and Paul 188, Mona 176, Stella Maris 72 and Hopefield 50 rounding out the top five.
Coach of Hillel, Wendy Lee, says the relay teams played a huge role in their success.
Meanwhile, St. Hugh’s won the girls section with 192 points, one more that Hillel in second.
Mona finished third with 162 points, Creative Kids Learning Academy fourth with 128 and Emanuel Christian Academy 86 rounding out the top five.
Lee gave her girls a lot of credit for coming so close to retain the title.
