NCB says the reopening of this fully restored, full-service branch was a direct response to customer feedback.

The bank says after adjusting the branch’s operating model in recent years, it heard the concerns of customers and the business community and took action.

That included renovating the branch and reinstating the services our customers consider most important to their lives and livelihood.

Several NCB officials, along with business people and civic leaders from northeastern Jamaica, were in attendance at the reopening.

NCB Chairman, Michael Lee Chin, who spoke at the launch, stressed that NCB was committed to improving customer experience and wealth creation.

Mr. Lee Chin noted that customer service was one of the pillars of the bank’s operations.
