New JCA President Outlines Plans to Grow Women’s Cricket

President of the Jamaica Cricket Association, Dr. Donovan Bennett, says his administration will be pushing to widen and strengthen the pool of female players in Jamaica.

Dr. Bennett says he hopes to meet with the president of ISSA to discuss establishing a girls league at the secondary level.

He also agrees in principle the suggestion that each local club should have a female team.
