Newly-installed Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, caretaker in North West St. Elizabeth, Andrew Morris, says he will not be a dictator as he seeks to address the problems facing constituents.
Morris is the principal of Lacovia High school in the parish.

Morris won a delegate selection exercise in the constituency on Saturday.
It follows last week’s announcement that incumbent member of parliament, JC Hutchinson, would not be seeking re-election.
Coming out of the selection exercise, Morris secured 76 of the 82 votes. His opponent Toni-Ann Bailey-Cowan got six votes.
