Newcastle Advance to EFL Final

Arsenal were today knocked out of the Caribao Cup in England, they lost 2-nil to Newcastle United in the second leg of their semi-final tie at St. James’ Park.

Jacob Murphy scored in the 19th minute to give the Magpies the lead before Anthony Gordon added a second in the 52nd minute for Newcastle to complete a 4-nil victory on aggregate.

The second leg of semi-final two will be played tomorrow with Tottenham Hotspur taking a 1-nil first leg lead to Anfield to face Liverpool.
