We are two days away from the 128th running of The Penn Relays at historic Franklin Field stadium in the USA, from April 25-27.
With a Jamaica’s Javon Francis and Karayme Bartley among 8-athletes announced for the next Olympic Development field for the Men’s 400 metres, a battle between USA and the Caribbean Islands.
Six of the eight competitors have posted sub-45 personal-best times.
Francis won silver in the 4-by-400 metres relay at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016 and silver in the same event at the 2013 World Championships.
Bartley won silver in the 4-by-400 metres relay at the Eugene World Championships in 2022.
