Jamaica’s national senior men’s football team were drawn in Group “C” for the 18th Concacaf Gold Cup in Canada and USA, from June 14 to July 6.
The Reggae Boyz are joined by Panama, Guatemala and Guadeloupe.
Jamaica played Guatemala at the last Gold Cup at the quarter-finals stage and won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Amari’i Bell.
The last time the Boyz faced Panama at the Gold Cup was in the quarter-finals in 2019. Jamaica won that game 1-0.
Jamaica beat Guadeloupe 2-1 at the Gold Cup in 2021.
SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California will host the first match of the tournament, on June 14.
Group “A” will feature, Mexico, Costa Rica, Suriname and Dominacan Republic. Canada, Honduras, El Salvador and Curacao will compete in Group “B”.
Meanwhile Group “D” will feature USA, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago and guest team Saudi Arabia.
