Coach of Jamaica’s senior men’s football team, Steve McLaren, says they’ll have no choice but to go for three points when they take on home said Honduras in the Concacaf Nations League, on Tuesday.
The last time both teams met, Jamaica came away 1-0 winners thanks to a goal from winger Demarai Gray inside the National Stadium, in September last year.
Meanwhile, the Reggae Boyz secured a 2-0 win when the two teams last play in Honduras in 2021.
McLaren says the match is crucial to the team’s quest to qualify for the quarterfinal round.
The Hondurans are undefeated in their last five matches. McLaren says he’s expecting a tough challenge.
