Incumbent, Michael Ricketts, beat challenger, Raymond Anderson, by 39 votes to 17, in the much anticipated Jamaica Football Federation, JFF, elections at Royalton Hotel in Negril, on Sunday.
The lopsided victory by Ricketts gives him a second straight full term in office.
Voting started some four hours after the congress got underway as executives ticked off the first 15 of 21 items on the agenda.
Ricketts has been in office since 2017.
This could spell the end for Anderson as a board member of the federation after close to 40 years as a top tier executive, including many as vice president.
