Samuda Senate Replacement to be Announced ‘Soon’

Prime Minister Andrew Holness says the government will soon announce Matthew Samuda’s replacement in the senate.

Samuda resigned from the senate on September 2 to clear the way for his bid to win the North East St Ann seat in the House of Representatives.

The prime minister was responding to questions at Wednesday’s post-cabinet media briefing.
