Trinidad and Tobago and West Indies pacer Jaydon Seales says he’s using his stint at English county side Sussex to impress the West Indies selectors ahead of the tour to England in the summer.
The 22-year-old Seales joined Sussex this year after making a full recovery from a knee injury which kept him out of action for almost a year.
It was the same injury which delayed his arrival in England as a deal was already in place for him to play county cricket.
The right arm pacer says he can’t wait to get into action.
The West Indies are due to play three tests on the tour starting at Lords on July 10 and Seales says the prospect of playing at the world’s most famous cricket ground is inspirational.
