Central Manchester Member of Parliament, Rhoda Crawford, says the administration’s $40 billion SPARK programme is generating hope and excitement across her constituency.
SPARK is a two-year road rehabilitation programme intended to transform the island’s roadways.
Crawford spoke to our news centre Thursday night shortly after the end of a SPARK consultation exercise at Manchester High in her constituency, which attracted a large crowd.
Miss Crawford says constituents are eagerly anticipating the implementation phase of the project.

The first of a series of island-wide SPARK programme consultations began last month.
The government says SPARK aims to create a safe, reliable and resilient road infrastructure that enhances mobility and connectivity, supports economic growth and ultimately improves the quality of life of Jamaicans.
