Dancehall artiste Spragga Benz is set to headline Tracks Live Sessions on May 30, at Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records, Marketplace in Kingston. Tracks Live sessions is a platform for avid music enthusiasts, which has hosted some of the industry’s most popular and influential artistes. The live performances are nestled in the dynamic ambiance of Tracks and Records restaurant.
“Tracks and Records has always been a space open and accommodating to reggae and dancehall music. Many artistes have experienced some of their most epic performances in this space. This stage is no stranger to big names, having previously hosted Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Lila Ike, Dre Island, Jesse Royal and so many more. We are excited to present Spragga Benz live and look forward to giving patrons an incredible staging,” shared Angiel Myers, CEO Arts Chic Agency, producers of the event.
Dubbed the Guinness Sounds of Greatness, ‘90s Dancehall edition, this staging promises to excite event goers with nostalgia, bringing back the best and most popular talents of the ‘90s.
“Guinness Sounds of greatness is a phenomenal brand that is synonymous with major dancehall executions. The brand is a proud partner of this staging at Tracks and Records, and we know patrons will be just as thrilled to see some of their ‘90s favourite. Dancehall music unites people in a celebratory way, and what better way to create an ode to the ‘90s,” explained Lasana Wilson, Junior brand manager, Guinness.
“This will be my first time performing inside Tracks and Records, looking forward to putting on a show that entertains the audience and builds a good vibe for the evening,” Spragga Benz said.
