Thomas, Distant Among Record Breakers at Karl Dalhouse Memorial

Jordayna Thomas and Tziah Distant of Y-Speedos swim team were among the record breakers at the three-day Karl Dalhouse Memorial Swim Meet which ended at the Stadium pool, on Sunday.

Thomas and Distant partnered with Danielia Powell and Dominick Whitelock to win the 9-10 mixed 200-metres medley relay in 2:34.43 erasing the old mark of 2:41.60.

Distant swam the anchor leg on the relay team.

Thomas also broke the 100-metres breaststroke record winning in 1:31.65 erasing the old standard of 1:32.72.
