UCL R-of-16: Dortmund vs PSV, Atletico Madrid vs Inter Milan

A 1-1 draw in Eindhoven means a fiercely contested second leg is in store between Borussia Dortmund and PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League last 16, Wednesday afternoon at 4.

Dortmund head into the contest having won back-to-back Bundesliga outings, while PSV have remained imperious.

Bosz’s side are unbeaten through 25 league games.

And , Atletico Madrid will be looking to overturn a one-goal deficit when they play host to Inter Milan in the second leg of their Round of 16 tie.

Last month, the Italian giants gained an advantage in the tie by picking up a 1-0 victory in the first leg.

Meanwhile, former champions Barcelona and English Premier League leaders Arsenal punched their tickets to the quarter-finals of the European Champions league following the second legs of their round of 16 ties.

Barcelona beat Italian champions Napoli 3-1 at the Nou Camp to advance 4-2 on aggregate while Arsenal were taken all the way before beating 2004 winners FC Porto 4-2 on penalties.

The two way tie ended 1-1 on aggregate after Leandro Troussard scored for the Gunners to cancel out Porto’s 1-0 first leg victory.

The last two quarter-finalists will be decided on Wednesday when Inter-Milan takes a 1-0 first leg lead to Spain to face Atletico Madrid while in Germany Borussia Dortmund and PSV Eindhoven will try to break their 1-1 deadlock.
