WI Women Win T20 Series Against Pakistan

The West Indies Women have taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in their five match T20 series at the national stadium in Karachi.

Chasing 132 for victory, Pakistan’s women fell two runs short of their goal, reaching 130 for 8 off their 20 overs.

Sidra Ameen top scored for Pakistan. She was supported by Ayesha Zafar, 19, and Nida Dar, 17.

Earlier, The Windies made 132 for 5 off their 20 overs.

Captain Hayley Matthews led the charge with 68 off 49-balls, which included 10-fours.

She got support from Shemaine Campbelle 31, Chedean Nation 10 and Chinelle Henry 11 not out.

Fatima Sana took two-wickets for Pakistan.
