Midfielder Nickalia Fuller scored the winning goal from the penalty spot in the 73rd minute.
In the other results, Chapelton Maroons and Molynes United drew 0-0, Cavalier beat Dunbeholden 2-0, Harbour View and Humble Lion drew 1-1 and Portmore United beat Vere United 2-nil.
