128th Penn Relays Underway

The 128th staging of the Penn Relays begins this morning at Franklin Field Stadium at the University of Pennsylvania starting at 8.30 Jamaica time.

The leading Jamaican high schools are once again expected to dominate with the Championship of America High School 4-by-400 metres relay the marquee event this year.

Kingston College who won the National High School boys championships and Girls winners Edwin Allen will lead the Jamaican charge with the likes of Jamaica College, Calabar, Hydel and St. Jago also expected to produce stellar performances.
