50 Cent Hits Rick Ross’ Ex With $6 Million Lawsuit Over Comments About His Teenage Son

50 Cent is taking his feud with Rick Ross’ ex-girlfriend Tia Kemp to court, filing a $6 million defamation lawsuit over what he describes as offensive and degrading social media attacks against his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.

The G-Unit rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court on Monday (October 26), accusing Kemp of making false and damaging statements about his teenage son on social media.

According to court documents reported by Billboard, Kemp allegedly claimed that Sire was on the autism spectrum and made sexually explicit remarks involving his mother, Daphne Joy, suggesting that her behaviour during pregnancy was responsible for the alleged condition.

50 Cent’s legal team strongly condemned the comments, arguing that Kemp deliberately targeted an innocent child in an attempt to get back at his famous father.

“Ms. Kemp shamelessly used the label ‘on the spectrum’ as a pejorative slur hurled at a child to humiliate him and his family. But autism is not shameful,” the attorneys stated.

They added that the real issue was the alleged fabrication of a medical diagnosis and the use of sexually degrading claims to embarrass a minor publicly.

The legal battle comes amid ongoing tensions between 50 Cent and Rick Ross, whose 21-year-old son is shared with Kemp.

Earlier this month, 50 Cent reportedly mocked Ross following an alleged assault involving the Miami rapper’s son. The In Da Club hitmaker shared a mugshot of the suspected attacker and jokingly suggested he would pay the man’s bail.

Kemp’s controversial posts allegedly followed that incident, with 50 Cent’s lawyers claiming she repeatedly made offensive remarks about Sire, including during a red carpet interview.

The rapper’s attorneys say they issued a cease-and-desist letter demanding that Kemp stop, but she allegedly continued making the statements.

In addition to the California defamation lawsuit, 50 Cent filed a separate legal action in Florida accusing Kemp of cyberstalking and harassing his son. That case also seeks a restraining order.

The California lawsuit includes claims of defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress, with damages sought of at least US$6 million.

Kemp, however, has shown little indication that she intends to back down.

Responding to the legal action on TikTok, she reportedly mocked the rapper by calling him “15 Cent” and declared that she would not be intimidated by his attorneys.

The latest courtroom showdown adds another chapter to the long-running tensions surrounding 50 Cent and Rick Ross, but this time the dispute has moved beyond the two hip-hop stars to involve their children.
