Ainstein searches for MoBay identity

Montego Bay United (MBU) head coach Javier Ainstein is looking to build a more cohesive and tactically versatile outfit as he works to establish a distinct playing identity for the club. The Argentine is focused on developing a team that combines its natural attacking strengths with greater composure on the ball, improved decision-making and a more organised approach to the game. “The game is not just possession. It is about a positional game, where every player has an order and is important,” Ainstein explained.
