Alexis Holmes Targets Sub-50 & Paris Olympic Medal

American quarter-miler, Alexis Holmes, says running sub-50 and winning an Olympic medal are two of her goals for the 2024 track and field season.

Holmes ran 50.31 seconds to win the 400-metres at the recent Jamaica Athletics invitational.

The 24-year-old who has a personal best of 50.24 seconds, says she hopes to medal in the individual event as well as the relays.
