He has also held various roles in public service and diplomacy throughout his career. As Chief Executive Officer, Arnold will oversee the Ministry’s administrative operations and support the implementation of Belize’s foreign policy objectives. The Ministry is responsible for managing Belize’s diplomatic relations, foreign trade initiatives, and international cooperation efforts. In a statement, the Ministry welcomed Arnold’s appointment and said it looks forward to its leadership as it continues its work in foreign affairs and trade. The appointment comes as Belize maintains its engagement with regional and international organizations, including CARICOM, SICA, the Organization of American States, and the United Nations. The Ministry noted Ambassador Arnold’s diplomatic experience as he assumes the position of Chief Executive Officer.
