People’s National Party, PNP, caretaker for North West St. Catherine, Senator Damion Crawford, is being taken to task for recent comments he made at a PNP mass rally in St. Catherine about wiping windshields and running taxis.

Crawford was true to his word and was seen at a stoplight in the corporate area cleaning windshields on Friday.
In response, the man who is vying to represent the Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, in the constituency, Newton Amos, chided Crawford for mocking the circumstances of windshield wipers.
Amos, a retired Senior Superintendent of Police, also questioned the legality of Senator Crawford’s plan to operate a taxi in Linstead, St. Catherine.
