The Sports Development Foundation will contribute $10 million dollars towards the staging of the meet.

Costs to the event are $3,000 for the finish line in the Grand Stand, $2,500 regular Grand Stand and no costs will be attached for entrance to the Bleachers.

Athletes liaison for the meet, Marvin Anderson, told Nationwide Sports that the organisers are giving the local fans an opportunity to see top level competition.
