Analyst Welcomes Move to Add Tia Clayton to NACAC Squad

Sports analyst, Leighton Levy, welcomes Tia Clayton selection to the Jamaica’s squad for the 2025 NACAC Senior Track and Field Championships scheduled in Freeport, Bahamas, from August 15–17.

Clayton failed to finished in the women’s 100-metres at the National Championship after pulling up midway the final with an injury.

Levy says this is one of few options available to the Paris Olympic finalist to book a seat on the plane to the World Championships in Tokyo, Japan in September.

He says it would be a special treat to have both Clayton sisters on a senior team.

Levy says the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association has selected a formidable team for the three-day championships.
