Elel Baker created history becoming the first male gymnast to secure a medal at the senior PanAm Championships in Panama, on the weekend.
Jamaica’s eight-member team includes four males and four females.
The other team members are Reaya Linton, Clayton Bell, Danyella Richards, Lauren Roussin, Alana Walker, Caleb Faulk, and Matthew McClymont,
Baker picked up the bronze in on the Pommel Horse.
He’s encouraged by his improvement from his last showing at the championships.
