Bar Association of Belize elects new executive at annual meeting

The Bar Association of Belize has elected a new executive following its Annual General Meeting held yesterday.  According to a press release issued today, members of the Association selected a new leadership team to guide the organization’s work on behalf of Belize’s legal community.  Attorney Jose M. Alpuche was elected President of the Bar Association, while William Lindo will serve as Vice President.  Also elected to the executive are Darinka Munoz as Treasurer and Kimberly Wallace as Secretary.  The executive committee will also include E. Andrew Marshalleck, Estevan Perera, and Immanuel Williams as Bar Committee Members.  In its statement, the newly elected executive reaffirmed its commitment to working for the benefit of the Association’s membership and contributing to the wider development of society.
