Beenie Man addresses BRT Weekend absence
Dancehall heavyweight Beenie Man is speaking out after missing his scheduled appearance at BRT Weekend, claiming transportation issues prevented him from making it to the event.
According to Beenie Man, he was waiting at his hotel but said the necessary arrangements were not made.
The dancehall veteran later apologized to fans for his absence.
Meanwhile, organizers of BRT Weekend have yet to publicly respond to Beenie Man’s claims.
BRT Weekend featured performances from several major acts, including Sizzla, YG Marley, Lauryn Hill, and Elephant Man.
