Belize Flag Appears on Global Stage During Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show

Belize had an unexpected but proud moment on one of the world’s biggest stages last night, the Super Bowl halftime show.  Global superstar Bad Bunny turned the performance into a celebration of cultures across the Americas.  The gesture carried powerful meaning, but for Belizeans, seeing the national colours displayed on the global stage became a moment of recognition, pride, and connection to the diaspora.  We join Thamar Jones for a look at the moments where Belize shined.
