Belmopan Man Dies in Hummingbird Highway Traffic Incident

A 28-year-old Belmopan resident lost his life following a traffic incident on the Hummingbird Highway.  Initial findings say it was a single vehicle incident that somehow led the victim’s Chad Borland vehicle into the nearby bushes.  ACP Hilberto Romero told us more. 

Borland was taken to the Western Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
