Champions ‘Blown’ opened the defence of their KPMG Squash League with a three sets to one win over Rocket Science at the Liguanea Club, on Tuesday.
Captain Jake Mahfood was the first player in the box and he got the better of Roland Lattery in straight sets.
Andrew Bicknell then defeated Noelle Nicolas to put his team two nil up over Racket Science.
Fraser McConnell was pushed by Rohan Johnson but used superior fitness to win the contest.

Meanwhile, ‘Racketeers’ defeated newcomers ‘Campionites’ three matches to none.
‘Saints’, who had a good run in the league last year defeated ‘Squashbucklers’ two to one.
Last year’s runners-up, ‘Fantastic Warriors’ started on a winning note after defeating ‘Squash Scholars’ two to one.
The next set of matches will get underway on Thursday at the same venue.
