Body found on Abercromby Street

Police are investigating the death of a man believed to a street dweller.

Police reported that around 9 am on Saturday (August 2, 2025), PC Munroe of the Criminal Investigation Department responded to a report of a body found on Abercromby Street.

Police say the body was that of a man of mixed descent, who was found face down with blood running from his head on the pavement outside Republic Bank.

Officers of Region 1 Homicide Bureau are continuing investigations.
