Bologna secured their first major football trophy in 51 years on Wednesday when they beat AC Milan 1-nil at the Stadio Olympico in Rome.
Swiss international Dan Ndoye scored the winner on 51 minutes for Bologna who incidentally lost 3-1 to Milan last Friday in their serie A clash at the San Siro.
Milan are now certain to end the season trophy-less, they are 8th in serie A with three games to go and they are 18 points off the lead.
