Buju Banton adamant relief supplies were stolen from the port

One day after music heavyweight Buju Banton called out Jamaican authorities for allegedly failing to protect hurricane relief supplies he shipped to island, Minister of Science, Energy, Telecommunications and Transport, Darryl Vaz has disputed the claims.

However, Buju remains firm in his claims that hurricane relief supplies he sent to jamaica were stolen at the port.

Taking to social media, the Gragamel declared that the system is broken and he wasn’t surprised at the minister’s response.

Addressing Minister Vaz, Buju wrote in part, ‘I can see that you remain unaware of how things went… the goods were not taken from the plane to our trucks but instead taken from the plane to an area where we had no sight of… on day one, our persons waited for some 7 plus hours for the clearance of the items and for trucks to be loaded.” Buju said seals were broken and things were taken and he has no reason to create mischief or make up stories.
