Buju Banton and Minister of Science, Energy, Telecommunications and Transport, Daryl Vaz, have been at loggerheads after Buju publicly stated that his shipment of aid to Jamaica was tampered with. Minister Vaz, however, remains adamant that none of the items were stolen.
