Jamaica international Khadija Shaw scored on her return to the Manchester City team as they beat Leicester City 3-1 in the women’s FA Cup fifth round tie.
The 28-year-old Shaw was introduced at halftime and it didn’t take her long to nod home the team’s third goal from close range.
Shaw had taken a break from the team to focus on her mental well-being.
She withdrew from City’s League Cup semifinal against Arsenal last Thursday following racist and misogynistic abuse on social media the previous week.
