Coach of Jamaica’s senior women’s football team, Hubert Busby, believes there’s a silver lining despite their 7-0 loss against England at the King Power Stadium, on Sunday.
The Lionesses were dominant against an underpowered Reggae Girlz team.
Ella Toone scored twice, while there were also goals for Lucy Bronze, Georgia Stanway, Alessia Russo, Aggie Beevor-Jones and Beth Mead.
The hosts dominated all the statistics, taking 33 shots with 17 on target, while the Girlz failed to trouble England’s goalkeeper.
Busby says there were several postives to take from the match.
He was also thankful for the support from the diaspora.
