Camperdown Wins Girls Urban Area Basketball Title

Camperdown lifted the ISSA Urban Area Girls’ Basketball title with a 48-39 win over the Queens school in the final at the Stadium Courts on Thursday.

Kimora Martin led the scoring for Camperdown with 17 points, while Kalia Livingston scored 15 points and seven steal as Camperdown finished the tournament undefeated.

De-Eziah Martin contributed 13 points and 13 rebounds in the Queens’ losing effort.

Meanwhile, St. Andrew High’s Jorie Ricketts was named the season’s top scorer with 175 points. She also received the top free thrower award.

Livingston walked away with the top assists, top steal and top three pointer awards.

And Briann Barrows was crowned the top shot blacker and rebounder for the season.
