Defending champions, Cavalier beat 10-man Waterhouse 2-0 in the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League at the Anthony Spaulding complex, on Sunday.

Jalmaro Calvin gave the Rudolph Speid coached side the lead in the 12th minute.

Dwayne Atkinson doubled their lead in the 35th minute.

Waterhouse lost their captain and goalkeeper, Kemar Foster, to a red card in the 32nd minute.

In the late game at the same venue, hosts Arnett Gardens came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw with promoted club, Racing United.

Meanwhile, Harbour View recorded their second consecutive win of the season beating Molynes United 2-1 at the Harbour View stadium.

Oquassa Chong scored both goals for the Stars of the East, while Jason Wright scored for Molynes.

And 10-man Vere United held Humble Lion to a 1-1 draw at the Wembley Centre of Excellence.
